EVOLUTION I
EVOLUTION I
is a simple to use scanning acoustic microscope for advanced industry quality
control and research. It is a cost-effective tool enabling non destructive
acoustic investigations using new rf and transducer technologies of up to 100
MHz, optionally up to 230 MHz.
Built around a core platform that utilises
the latest production and research technology, the EVOLUTION I can accurately
handle samples up to 150 mm x 150 mm x 45 mm (w/l/h) through a precision
alignment subsystem.

The EVOLUTION
II is a dedicated non destructive tool for quality and process control, and
research applications. It enables detailed acoustic investigations through new
rf and transducer technologies of up to 400 MHz. A graphical user interface
ensures that the powerful functionality of EVOLUTION II is easily
applied.
Built to
industry standards around a core platform that utilises the latest production
and research technology, the EVOLUTION II can accurately handle samples up to
520 mm x 380 mm x 45 mm (w/l/h) using a linear motion scanner
system. |

The EVOLUTION
III is a high-performance tool enabling non destructive acoustic investigations
for dedicated high throughput analysis, quality control and research
applications. It features a new high speed maintenance free stage and new rf and
transducer technologies of up to 400 MHz, controlled through a user friendly
graphical interface.
Built to semiconductor industry standards around a
core platform that utilises the latest production and research technology, the
EVOLUTION III can accurately handle wafers up to 300 mm and samples up to 320 mm
x 200 mm x 45 mm (w/l/h).

EVOLUTION PI
The EVOLUTION
PI is a unique high-performance tool enabling non destructive acoustic
investigations for dedicated high throughput analysis, quality control and
research applications requiring the highest resolution capability. This
microscope features a new rf transducer technology and a high speed scanner
system to provide up to 60 scan lines per second for optimum imaging and sample
throughput. The EVOLUTION PI combines an user-friendly graphical interface and
unique image performance for high resolution acoustic imaging and analysis in
industrial process control, and research applications. Acoustic objective lenses
up to 750 MHz are available for the PI.
The
combination of the integrated light microscope and acoustic microscope modules
ensures that the EVOLUTION PI opens new dimensions of non destructive
investigation.

The EVOLUTION
PII is a unique high-performance tool enabling non destructive acoustic
investigations for dedicated high throughput analysis, quality control and
research applications requiring the highest resolution capability. This
microscope features a new rf transducer technology and a high speed air support
linear scanner system to provide up to 60 scan lines per second for optimum
imaging and sample throughput. The EVOLUTION PII combines an user-friendly
graphical interface and unique image performance for high resolution acoustic
imaging and analysis in industrial process control, and research applications.
Acoustic objective lenses up to 2000 MHz are available for the
PII.
The
combination of the integrated light microscope and acoustic microscope modules
ensures that the EVOLUTION PII opens new dimensions of non destructive
investigation.

ACOUSTIC TOMOGRAPH SAT I
Scanning
Acoustic Tomograph for high end research and applications including Z-scan
option for 2 GByte tomography image acquisition and fast volume scan functions
using RAID hardware package.
The total
scan volume can be cut out in layers in each direction. The layer thickness and
the orientation can be selected by the operator. | | |
